Our aim

Van Throo Technologies wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. It is designed with the aim of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

This is an aim. It is not a certification, and it is not a claim that the website fully conforms to those guidelines.

How the website is built

  • A skip link lets keyboard users jump straight to the main content.
  • Navigation and the contact form can be used with a keyboard.
  • Interactive elements show a visible focus indicator.
  • Contact form fields have visible labels, and error messages are linked to the field they relate to.
  • Pages use headings and landmarks to give them a clear structure.
  • Purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • The layout adapts from small mobile screens to large desktop displays.
  • Motion is kept to a minimum and respects the reduced-motion setting on your device.
